Information Feedback:CHANWAY establishes enterprise LAN. Detailed information like customer files, after-sales feedback sheet and installation receiving sheet etc., after-sales service information can be easily checked by marketing system and various functional departments any time, which help staff get information and feedback rapidly and accurately.
Service Network:Customer service center is directly led by general manager. Every office is equipped with after-sales engineers who are provided with all-day communication tool.
Service Personnel:Every service staff has passed strict and systematic stretched training. All of them have comprehensive and perfect technique as well as rich experience that is more than two year
Accessory Guarantee:There are 12 warehouses of spare-part in China. They are located in Nanjing, Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chengdu, Xuzhou, Changsha, Hangzhou, Jinan, Shenyang and Anhui, which helps solve problem for customer rapidly.
Supervision and Management:CHANWAY sets up service hot-line and complaint hot-line. After-sales personnel provide service with tag and strictly perform operation according to OTUS. Customers supervise them and could complain to LOTUS any time.
